1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of gentryclub.com.hk (the “Site”) and your membership of Gentry Club (the “Club”), operated at 8/F, K11 MUSEA, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. By accessing the Site or applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Membership

• Membership is by application and is subject to approval at the Club's discretion.
• Corporate lifetime membership is limited in number and transferable in accordance with the Club's membership agreement.
• Credit-based annual membership entitles the member to use the allotted credit for spending within the Club, subject to the Club's prevailing rules.
• The Club may amend membership categories, benefits, fees and house rules from time to time, with reasonable notice to members.

3. Conduct and Dress Code

Members and guests are expected to observe the Club's dress code and house rules at all times, including those published on the Facilities and Overview pages. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or service where these are not met.

4. Use of the Site

Content on the Site — including text, photography, and the Gentry Club name and marks — is the property of the Club or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. The enquiry form is provided for genuine membership and event enquiries only.

5. Liability

The Club takes reasonable care in providing its facilities and services but does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Club or the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
